摘 要：产品的三维模型是设计团队进行产品协同设计的关键，但是一般的3D系统无法支持多人协同工作。基于对以上矛盾的认识，提出了基于角色的协同设计模式。该模式解决了异地设计人员之间的协同工作问题。基于角色的协同设计模式明确了角色概念，确定了角色协商过程。在企业生产中的实际应用表明，该方案简单，易于实现，可以很好地解决协同工作中的信息共享、过程控制等问题。

Abstract: Sharing of 3D product model is important for a design team to collaboration, but the general 3D design system is unable to support the multiperson cooperation. Based on the realization of the conflict above, rolebased collaborative design model was proposed. The model settled how to support the geographically dispersed individuals to work together. Besides, the model clarified the conception of roll and worked out how to negotiate roles. The proposed method is simple and is easy to realize. The practical applications in manufacture indicate that the rolebased collaborative design model perfectly solves the problems such as information share and process control of collaboration.
