工业机柜的设计链协同设计模式研究

摘要：通过对工业机柜的产业特点及其现有设计模式的利弊分析，提出了一种新型的设计模式—设计链协同设计模式。该模式强调钣金企业与上游客户、协作企业、供应商、设计公司等形成设计链，实现优势资源互补、共享利益、共担责任,以提高产品设计效率和对市场的应变能力。试运行表明，新模式对提高产品设计效率与设计质量有较明显的效果。

Abstract: A new design mode—codesign chain mode of design was proposed, which had emphasized that the metal plate manufacture and those related companies should form a codesign chain to complemented each other to raise efficiency of product design and improve their capacity for conforming with the variety market, based on analysing the characterices of the industry cabinets and their tradition design mode and present situation. It indicates that the new design mode is effective to raise efficiency of product design and improve the quality on trial.
