一种包含死区时间的SPWM控制算法

摘 要：在PWM逆变器中，存在死区时间以及由此引起的死区效应。减少死区效应的方法通常是作后置死区补偿。随着数字信号处理器技术的迅速发展，死区时间的精确计算成为可能。提出了一种包含死区时间的双极性SPWM等面积控制算法，即基于面积中点的等面积采样法，在设计控制算法时，把死区时间计算在内。算法谐波分析结果表明，包含死区时间的SPWM等面积控制算法在谐波特性上可以与理想的采样法相媲美。

A SPWM algorithm including deadtime

Abstract: There are deadtime and deadtime effect in PWM inverters. The general method of reducing deadtime effect is deadtime compensation. With the development of digital signal processor, deadtime could be computed accurately. For reduce deadtime effect, an areacenter bioSPWM control algorithm that including deadtime was introduced. Based on areacenter equalarea sampling algorithm, the design takes account of the deadtime. The analysis of harmonics proves that the algorithm including deadtime has the same harmonics characters with the ideal sampling algorithm.
