基于DSP控制的隔离型功率因数校正变换器研究

摘要:采用全桥拓扑结构作为实验研究的主电路,并在全桥的输入端增加传统Boost型功率因数校正变换器(PFC)的输入电感,构成隔离型PFC。对该隔离型PFC的基本工作原理进行简单分析,并通过与传统PFC等效的方式对该主电路建立小信号动态模型。在DSP控制技术的基础上,具体分析了针对隔离型PFC变换器的控制方案,并实现之,获得良好的动态响应特性和稳态调节特性。最后,制作了试验样机,验证了该隔离型变换器的优良性能,其满载功率因数达到0.995。

Research of isolated tyep power factor correction converter based on DSP

Abstract: Topology of fullbridge structure was adopted as main circuit for isolated type power factor correction converter. Furthermore, the input inductor of the conventional Boost type power factor correction converter was added. The operation principle of the main circuit was briefly analyzed, and the smallsignal dynamic model was concluded by comparing the full bridge PFC converter and the conventional PFC. Based on the platform of DSP, control strategy for the isolated type PFC converter was investigated in details. Both voltage and current control loop were adopted, excellent dynamic characteristic and steady modulating characteristic were achieved. Finally, an experimental prototype was built to verify the performance of the converter. Experiment result shows that, the PF value is 0.995 of full load.
