                                        大型客车紧急制动强度分析

摘 要:在大量调研的基础上,结合全承载式客车的特点,建立了某款双层客车车体结构的有限元模型和这种钢板弹簧悬架客车在制动载荷时的模拟。紧急制动是客车常见的工况,利用有限元分析方法,对双层客车在紧急制动和静态弯曲工况下的车身骨架强度进行了详尽的分析比较,为了确定客车应力分布情况,同时得出了制动载荷对车体强度的影响因素。

            Analysis for the strength of emergency braking on motorbus

Abstract: Based on the investigation of the related domestic and overseas research in the domain, combined with the characteristic of fullloading bus, one kind of double bus body was established based on a finite element model, and the braking load of a bus whose suspension was leaf spring structure and continuous side rails was simulated. Emergency braking is one of the normal conductions. The strength of the bus was compared between an emergency braking and static bend in order to analyze distributional feature of stress. The effect of braking load on the body strength was analyzed.
