摘 要：介绍了用MAX038和X9313W构成的函数发生器，给出了主要内部电路和测试结果，表明该设备能够与计算机联网并进行远程控制，可用于网络化远程实验室的建设。

Abstract: Function generator used with MAX038 and the X9313W was introduced, and the major inside circuit and test result were given, which showes the equipment can carry on the webbased control with the computer networking can be used in the webbased longdistance laboratory construction.
