基于误差动态修正的高精度自动测厚系统

摘要:高精度的激光探头价格昂贵,当有多个测点时,采用扫描工作方式是常用的解决方案,对于动态测量,由于工况的复杂性及被测对象的多样性,高精度的激光探头却难以得到高精度的测量结果。给出一种误差动态修正方法,该方法基于对额外设置的基准块的动态测量及计算机对数据的自动修正,在具有光洁表面的板材厚度的在线测量中得到了较好地应用。采用误差动态修正后的厚度控制精度达0.01mm,系统连续运行数月来,提高了板材厚度的合格率和生产效率。

High|accuracy thickness measurement system based on error dynamic amendment

Abstract: When dynamic scanning method is introduced, the high accuracy laser displacement sensor cannot give ideal measurement results for the reason of complex working condition and various measured body. In order to get accurate measurement result, this paper proposes an error dynamic amendment method and uses it in the online dynamic measurement system of clean surface composite board. The proposed error dynamic amendment method is based on the dynamic measurement of newly installed calibrated block and data automatic amendment using computer and has been used in thickness measurement of composite board for several months, the percentage of pass of board and productive efficiency is enhanced.
