电动机在线检测管理系统

摘要：生产过程中，目前主要依靠操作工定时手工对电动机的运行情况进行巡检和记录，缺点显而易见。采用电动机在线检测管理系统，及时可靠、自动地对电动机运行情况进行远程在线监测，并在监控服务器上对电动机运行情况进行统计、分析和管理，再结合数据库大大提高了故障检测效率。

Abstract: In the production line, now mainly depend on the workers to check and settle the electric motors currently. the weakness is obvious. If adopt electric motor on|line examination and management system was adopted, carry on the on|line monitor of long range to the electric motors in time dependably and automatically, and go forward to the covariance, analysis and management in the server, then combine the database to make decisions, which promotes the efficiency consumedly.
