虚拟楼盘展示在SketchUp上的设计与实现*

摘要：使用沙盘、平面图和样板房等传统的方式进行小区楼盘展示，成本高、不够直观并且缺乏灵活性。为了解决这些问题，使用SketchUp完成网上虚拟楼盘的初步制作，根据楼房结构从整体到细节进行纹理合成创建模型，再通过有效的优化算法减少模型的复杂度，利用Google SketchUp和Google Earth良好的兼容性实现模型的网上发布和楼盘的在线浏览。研究结果表明，该虚拟楼盘展示平台的成本低廉，楼盘模型的修改和维护便捷，是一个拥有良好立体视觉效果的网上楼盘展示平台。

Designing and realizing virtual housing estate display on SketchUp*

Abstract: The traditional way for estate display which using sand table, 2D map and show flat to demonstrate a village building dish is highly cost, inconspicuous, and lack of flexibility. In order to solve these issues, Google SketchUp was used to make the preliminary modes and then images were mapped for getting a more reliable effect from whole to part; At last, a special effective optimized was done for reducing the geometric complexity; Finally, with the good compatibility between Google SketchUp and Google Earth, the modes can be issued and browsed on the network directly. The results indicate that low-cost, highly efficient three-dimensional online virtual estate display is achieved.
