摘要：介绍了热处理加热炉群监控系统的设计，主要包括整个控制系统的组成结构、主站的设计、从站的设计、软件设计、人机界面的设计和系统实现的功能。详细介绍了RS485总线和MCGS组态软件的使用。

The monitoring and control system of group heaters in heat treatment based on RS485 bus

Abstract: The design of monitoring and control system of group heaters in heat treatment was illustrated. The structure of control system, the design of both software and HMIs and the functions that the system realized were depicted. The RS485 bus and the use of the MCGS software was introduced in detail.
