ITER CC校正场线圈绕制数学模型的建立及其计算*

摘要：为了实现ITER CC校正场线圈绕线机自动绕制线圈，就线圈绕制过程进行了运动学分析。分析的关键在于预弯点运动轨迹数学模型的推导，经过一系列推导得到了参与线圈绕制的四根驱动轴的数学关系。对于具体线圈绕制过程进行了数据计算，得出四根驱动轴随时间变化的速度函数，构成了绕线机电控部分数学基础。研究结果表明该绕线机自动绕制线圈是可行的。

Building of mathematical model of ITER
correction coil winding and its calculation

Abstract: Aiming at realizing ITER correction coil automatically winded, the kinematic analysis of the coil winding process was made. Mathematical models of the prebend point trajectory was derived,and the mathematical relationship of the four drive shafts which have been involved in winding coils was gotten through a series of derivation. Calculations for the specific winding coils process were made, and the four drive shafts timevarying velocity functions which constituted the mathematical basis for the electrical control part were gotten. The results indicate that it is possible to wind coils automatically.
