基于ANSYS的NdFeB磁环多极充磁设计

摘要:针对NdFeB磁环多极充磁设计周期长和复杂的问题,采用有限元分析软件ANSYS仿真了充磁时的电磁场;通过对仿真电磁场进行分析,从而调整初始设定的充磁线圈线径、匝数和充磁电压,达到了对3个充磁参数的确定;最后基于这3个参数制作了充磁线圈并充磁,试验结果验证了仿真的正确性。研究结果表明,利用ANSYS软件能有效地缩短多极充磁设计的周期,并且设计结果准确、直观。

Design of multipole magnetized of NdFeB magnetic ring with ANSYS

Abstract: Aiming at the long design circular period and complex question of multipole magnetized design of NdFeB magnetic ring,the finite element analysis software ANSYS was used to simulate the electromagnetic field when magnetized. The simulated electromagnetic field was analyzed in order to confirm the three parameters by means of adjusting the initial setting parameters of the wire diameter, the coil number and the magnetizing voltage of magnetizing coil. Finally the magnetizing coil was manufactured and magnetized based on these three parameters. And the correctness of the simulation was verified through the test. The research results show that using the software ANSYS can shorten the circular period of multipole magnetized design,and the design results are very intuitionist and exact.
