基于实例推理的机床专用夹具虚拟装配技术*

摘要:针对传统的夹具设计存在着设计周期长、设计效率低等问题,实例推理的机床夹具虚拟装配技术大大提高了机床专用夹具的设计速度,减少了重复劳动,满足了现代制造系统灵活、快速的要求。采用基于典型实例推理机制的机床专用夹具设计方法,重点研究了机床专用夹具实例检索模型、实例组织模型、实例修改推理机制及基于Pro/E的机床专用夹具实例快速装配方法,实现了机床专用夹具实例快速装配。研究结果表明该方法有利于提高夹具设计效率,可以在机床夹具设计行业进行推广。

Technology of virtual assembly of machine tool fixture based on typical instance

Abstract: Aiming at some problems of tradition machine tool fixture such as long design period, low design efficiency and so on, the technology of virtual assembly of machine tool fixture based on typical instance can increase design speed, reduce repetition laboring and satisfy rapid and flexible request of modern manufacture system. Machine tool fixture design theory and realization based on typical instance were proposed. Machine tool fixture searching model, instance organization model, instance modification and reasoning mechanism and instance storage tactics were studied in detail. Computer aided machine tool fixture instance rapid design way based on Pro/E was developed, and a case study was presented. The result shows that the present method is equal to enhance the design efficiency and quality, and should be recommend in the clamp design field.
