多CPU分布式控制的新型喷气织机电控系统

摘要:针对喷气织机的电控系统对控制网络有较高的实时性要求,通过分析喷气织机电控系统的工作原理和国内外发展现状,提出由主控系统、电子送经/卷取控制系统、人机界面所构成的分布式控制系统,根据不同的功能需求独立设计相应的子系统,采用不同的CPU,并通过CAN总线实现CPU间数据通讯。实验仿真结果表明,该系统可以达到车速1 500 r/min、旋转角度9 °/ms、织机角度的控制精度±2°的设计要求。

Distributed control system of airloom based on multimicrocomputer

Abstract: Aiming that the electronic control system of airjet loom has high realtime request on control network, a new type of distributed control system of airjet loom was designed, which includes main control system, electronic letoff and takeup system and GUI system, by analyzing main theory and development around world of airjet loom. Those subsystems were designed independently for their different functions. Each system has been controlled by special microcomputer, and they are communicated by CAN bus. Simulation program was designed to fit for the requirement of electronic control system, which is 1 500 r/min, 9°/ms, precision is ±2°. The test result of timing sequence of weft insertion system shows that the main control system is feasible.
