普通钢与高强度钢激光拼焊板数值模拟比较研究*

摘要:为了研究高强度钢激光拼焊板的成形性能,基于LSDYNA软件,以典型的盒形件为研究对象,从材料流动、最大增厚率、最大减薄率和成形极限图等方面,比较了普通钢和高强度钢激光拼焊板在不同压边方式下的变形情况,得到了高强度钢激光拼焊板的成形性能。研究结果表明,该研究为高强度钢激光拼焊板的实际成形和工艺优化提供了理论依据和指导。

Comparative study on the numerical simulation of the plain steel and
high strength steel tailor welded blanks

Abstract: In order to study the formability of the high strength steel tailor welded blanks, the deformation on the different press binder condition of the plain steel and high strength steel tailor welded blanks were compared according to the material flowing, maximum thickness/thinning ratio and forming limit diagram by the numerical simulation based on the square cup forming.The research results show that it provides theory fundation and instruction for the forming and optimization design of the high strength steel tailor welded blanks.
