基于LabVIEW的新型三维永磁电机检测系统

摘要:针对新型三维永磁电机低速大力矩、变频调速等特性以及检测系统智能化、自动化等要求,以PC机为主控单元,采用了NI公司的PCI-6221数据采集卡和闭环霍尔电流、电压传感器,以LabVIEW为软件开发平台,设计和实现了新型三维永磁电机检测系统;并提出了基于虚拟仪器的小波分析策略,实现了对电压、电流、拉力的实时精确检测和故障分析。试验结果表明,该系统能对新型三维永磁电机进行准确的实时检测。

Testing system of new three-dimensional permanent magnet motor based on LabVIEW

Abstract: The new threedimensional permanent magnet motor has characteristics such as lowspeed large torgue, variable voltage variable frequency(VVVF), a testing system has intelligent and automated demands. So a new threedimensional permanent magnet motor testing system based on PCI6221 board and Hall closedloop current, voltage sensors was developed by using PC as the CPU, LabVIEW as the software developing platform.  The wavelet analysis strategy was proposed based on the virtual instrument. Precise data samplings of voltages, current and temperatures were realized. The test results indicate that the system can precisely test the running state of the motor.
