一种多重工作方式的双向DC/DC变换器

摘要:针对超级电容储能系统的需要,采用TMS320LF2407 DSP芯片,完成了BUCK/BOOST型双向DC/DC变换器的硬件设计,并为3种工作方式分别设计了全数字控制方案,实现了变换器的多种工作方式。最后,制作了实验样机,以验证该设计的正确性。实验结果表明,电路恒压、恒流效果很好,并且具有较快的响应速度。该变换器可以对超级电容装置进行分段恒流充电或者恒压充电,也可以将能量由超级电容向直流母线进行恒流释放。

Bi-directional DC/DC converter with various operating mode

Abstract: For the needs of super capacitor energy storage system, the hardware of BUCK/BOOST bi-directional DC/DC converter with various operating mode was designed. And an all-digital control scheme based on TMS320LF2407 to achieve the three operating mode was designed for the converter. Functions of both charging process with constant current or constant voltage and discharging process with constant current from super capacitor to DC bus were realized. Finally, an experimental prototype was set up to verify the theory. The results show that the DC/DC converter has a good effect of constant current and contant voltage, and it has faster response speed.
