大型汽轮发电机端部绕组电动力三维有限元分析

摘要:为研究不同工况(故障)下大型汽轮发电机端部绕组电动力,首先建立了其三维有限元数值分析的数学模型;然后采用ANSYS商用软件,对不同运行工况下某600 MW大型汽轮发电机端部绕组电动力进行了计算和分析;最后,得出了具有一定工程指导价值的结论。研究结果表明,该研究为进一步进行电机优化设计奠定了基础。

Three-dimensional finite element analysis of electromagnetic forces
acting on the end winding of large turbo-generator

Abstract: For the numerical study of the electromagnetic forces acting on the end winding of large turbogenerators under different operating conditions, the mathematical model using three dimensional finite element was firstly investigated and implemented by using ANSYS commercial software. The details about the (transient) electromagnetic forces acting on the end windings of a 600 WM turbogenerator were reported and some conclusions were given, which may be valuable for engineering application. The research results show that the analysis lays the foundation for the futher more optimization of motor.
