光学玻璃细长孔超声加工技术

摘要:细长孔长径比大于8∶1,在切削力的作用下刀具易产生变形,从而影响加工质量和加工效率。特别是对难加工材料的深孔钻削来说,传统细长孔加工钻床受刀具强度及加工材料限制,容易将钻头折断,因而加工精度低。研究了硬脆材料细长孔超声波加工机的结构,分析了细长孔超声波加工技术的特点和机理,对加工刀具进行了设计,并对数控恒力进给系统进行了研究和设计。研究结果表明,该设计为硬脆材料细长孔超声波加工机在生产中的应用奠定了基础。

Study on the small and deep hole ultrasonic machining machine of optical glass

Abstract: Small and deep holes length to diameter ratio is greater than 8:1, under the effect of the cutting force the tool will easily be deformed, and will influence the process quality and efficiency. Especially to the hard machining materials deep hole drilling, there will be a lot of problems. The tools strength and the material limit traditional small and deep hole machining driller, the bits will easily be snapped, and the efficiency are low. The structure of the hard brittle materials small and deep hole ultrasonic machining machine was researched, the deep hole ultrasonic machining technologys features and mechanism were analyzed, the cutting tool was designed, and the NC constant force feed system was researched. The results of research show that the design lays the foundation of small and deep hole ultrasonic machining machines application in the production, based on hard brittle material.
