大功率异步起动永磁同步电动机空载气隙磁密分析

摘要:异步起动永磁同步电动机以永磁体提供磁通替代传统的电流励磁,但其空载气隙磁密谐波特别是3次谐波含量大,应采取措施削弱谐波来提高电机的性能。通过在同容量异步感应电机的基础上建立了异步起动永磁同步电动机模型,利用有限元仿真软件Ansoft 2D分析了不同永磁体位置和隔磁桥长度下的空载气隙磁密,确定了如何选取永磁体位置和隔磁桥长度来削弱3次谐波的原则,研究结果表明,该研究为该类电机的优化设计提供了依据。

Analysis of no-load airgap flux density of high power line-start
permanent magnet synchronous motor

Abstract: The line-start permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) uses permanent magnet instead of current to offer magnet flux, but there is high  quantity of harmonic especially 3rd in no-load airgap flux density. In order to improve the performance of the motor, it was supposed to reduce 3rd harmonic flux density. Based on the same capability squirrel-cage induction motor, the model for line-start permanent magnet synchronous motor was built. When the position of the permanent magnet and the size of magnetic barrier was respectively changed, the no-load airgap flux density was analyzed by finite element analysis(FEA) software Ansoft 2D, and the principle to chose these two parameters was established to reduce 3rd harmonic. The experimental results show that the research is benefit to optimal design of this kind motor.
