钛合金TC11毛坯热处理过程数值模拟

摘要:毛坯残余应力对零件加工变形有重要影响。为了显示钛合金TC11毛坯热处理过程后的残余应力状态,利用三维有限元模型对钛合金TC11的热处理过程进行了数值模拟,并研究了热处理数值模拟过程中材料本构关系、热传导等关键技术。通过数值模拟获得了热处理过程中温度的变化、残余应力的分布及最后冷却后的残余应力状态。

Abstract: Residual stress has important influence on the cutting deformation of parts. In order to reveal the residual stress distribution after heat treatment, the process of heat treatment for titanium alloy TC11 was simulated, using the three dimensional finite element model. The key techniques, including material constitution relation, heat conduct, were investigated. The residual stress distribution and the change of temperature in the process of heat treatment were achieved through simulation.
