考虑刀具磨损的数控加工误差的预测研究*

摘要:将刀具磨损引起的误差通过建立的误差模型进行预测,是虚拟制造中的一项关键技术。通过分析影响刀具磨损的切削参数,针对硬表面的加工材料建立了基于相对切削时间的球头铣刀磨损模型,提出了虚拟制造环境下考虑球头铣刀磨损的复杂曲面加工误差预报方法。实验结果表明:该误差模型预报是有效的,并且为曲面加工误差预测、提高曲面加工精度和效率提供了理论依据。

Research on error prediction in NC manufacturing with consideration of cutter wear

Abstract: To predict the error resulting from cutting tool wear by means of an established error model is a key technique in virtual manufacturing. On the basis of analysis of the cutting parameters affecting milling cutter wear and hard surfaces of cutting material, a ballend cutter wear model based on cutting time was established, and the way to predict complex curved surfaces processing error in terms of the ballend milling cutter wear in digital manufacturing was put forward . The experiments prove that model prediction is effective, which provides theoretical principle for error prediction of curved surface processing and for improvement of accuracy and efficiency of curved surface processing.
